Marnel Catlett joined Cognition360 in a Data Specialist role in 2021. Marnel has worked in companies across a broad range of industries in South Africa and in New Zealand. She has extensive experience in customer service, reporting, and analytics.
Prior to joining Cognition360, Marnel held a senior data services management role at New Zealand Post where she was responsible for leading the data services team, and customer education. With her experience, Marnel can comfortably bridge the gap between developers and customers to ensure best outcomes. She is passionate about making data analytics easy to understand, and therefore ensures that where possible simplification is applied, and users educated.
