Christy Perez, Cognition360’s Partner Success Manager, has worked in the MSP space for over 20 years. In her role, Christy works with new and existing customers, managing the onboarding process for new customers, as well as working day to day with existing customers to help them get the actionable insights they need from their ConnectWise data, via Cognition360. Christy previously worked for a Nashville-based MSP where she was part of the senior management team, responsible for account management and client satisfaction. Christy has deep experience in MSP operations and similar depth of experience with ConnectWise. She knows both ConnectWise and the MSP business inside and out.

Christy is highly experienced in the development and enhancement of internal organization processes and infrastructure that allow MSPs to realize strategic growth objectives. She is a seasoned, mission-focused, strategic and process-minded leader with proven experience scaling an organization and developing a management team in a performance-driven culture. Christy is a team player who works diligently to ensure she has the skills, sensitivity, and personal confidence to tap into the power that each team member has available to contribute to the goals of the organization. Responsibilities in her career have included, but are not limited to, Sales, Operations, Account Management, Finance, Marketing, HR, Culture Development, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Project Management and most importantly strong customer service and client satisfaction.
