The screen shot illustrated shows overall agreement details, a breakdown by month, and trends of hours and cost against targets for the customer “E&B Natural Resources Management”. Some points to note:
The agreement amount was increased in July.
Something happened in May that caused significantly higher-than-target hours and costs.
However, in this case, this did not trend up in the following months.
This screen shot shows a team of nine. Points to consider:
One of the team (Devin) has fewer productive hours logged (compared to total recorded hours) than expected.
Seven of the nine team members are below target for Billable (‘Billable’ includes hours against an agreement as well as invoiceable hours).
Note also that there are quite a few “Do Not Bill” hours recorded. This may be expected or it may warrant further analysis, depending on how ConnectWise is configured.
