Chi Zhang joined Cognition360 in the role of Data Engineer in 2021. Chi has spent several years working with data in various capacities and developing data-centered applications in New Zealand and in China. With experience as both a product manager, and now as a developer, Chi likes to understand software products from both business and technical perspectives. His expertise and passion lie in creating solutions that are reliable, perform well, and meet or exceed customers’ requirements. He is also interested in incorporating machine learning and AI to help customers gain better insight into their data.

When he is not coding, Chi likes travelling with his fishing rods in tow. He is also on his way to becoming the best Chinese-speaking Dungeons & Dragons Dungeon Master in Auckland.
